How to return a product
It's simple to return items, but to ensure the returned item is handled efficiently, please follow these instructions:

Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. You must quote your RMA when you send your goods back to us. We're unable to accept goods back that do not have an RMA.

Fill in the Returns Form (on the back of the despatch letter that was sent with your product), quoting your RMA and send the completed form with your returned product.

To avoid damage in the post please ensure you use a sturdy cardboard box (not the printed product box) and send it to:

As we cannot be responsible for returned items that have been lost or damaged in the post, we recommend that you return items over £25 in value by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Always obtain proof of posting.

Sorry, but we are unable to cover the cost of return postage except where items are faulty or have been sent in error.

Services such as Burn-in are non-refundable.
