Coronavirus Update, January 2021: Our Mail Order business remains open and we are continuing to manufacture and despatch orders safely.
Mail Order.
The Mail Order business remains open and you can continue to place orders. We are still manufacturing and despatching orders and we are able to effectively follow the government's guidelines on social distancing in the office and factory.
Our call centre remains open for your calls Monday - Friday 9am-5pm and you can leave a message if we are busy with other calls. We will always respond to you if you leave a voicemail message.
Shop.
Our small retail area in Kendal will be closed to customers throughout the lockdown period.
Deliveries.
Both Royal Mail and the couriers we use to ship your orders are reporting a generally good delivery service and are able to take appropriate social distancing measures when delivering your goods. We are currently sending orders out daily, as we have done throughout the pandemic, but please allow for possible occassional delays due to staff shotages in the delivery chain.
We also have a number of staff working from home for safety and this may have a slight impact on the time taken to respond to your queries or process and despatch your orders.
If you need to check when a delivery is likely to take place, please do Contact Us and we will do our very best to give you a realistic delivery time.
Can we take this opportunity to thank everyone, once again, for their patience and understanding as we navigate our way through the lockdown. We know how especially comforting music has been to many of you this past year and trust you remain healthy and well.
