What are SuperKords™?
The SuperKord-300 SD II™ is one the finest mains cable we have made and, with over 200 individual components in addition to the 16 separately insulated conductors, is certainly the most complex. SDII is the result of our ongoing research and development work into the cable’s RFI rejection, and how we could enhance the already impressive performance of our PowerKords.
SuperKord-300 uses twice as many conductors as the SuperKord-100. It can be used on any component, and works well with source components such as your CD player, Blu-ray player, turntable or preamp, integrated amplifiers and power amplifiers.

Making the right connection
Most Hi-Fi and Home Cinema components - such as your CD player or integrated amp - are fitted with a standard 10A IEC (kettle type) socket. For these, along with our PowerBars™, PowerPurifier™ and X-Blocks™, choose the W350e Rhodium standard IEC (pictured above, left).
If you are fitting your cable to one of our PowerBlocks™ or older UltraPurifiers™, you'll need to choose the W350 High Current Rhodium IEC (pictured above, right).
The SuperKord-300 PowerKord comes fitted with the top-of-the-range Rhodium-plated IEC connectors as standard.
Captive mains lead?
If your equipment has a mains lead fitted directly into the unit that can't be removed, our Male IEC adaptor pack creates an inline IEC socket and lets you upgrade your power cable. Click here for more information.

"A Significant Mains Upgrade"
I’ve recently purchased a very significant mains upgrade from Russ Andrews. This included a signature wall socket, a supercord 300 and an X6 block, all to replace a standard mains extension. I thought that my hifi system (Linn LP12, Naim separates amplification and PMC 25 26 speakers) already sounded very good but am amazed by the improvement that the new mains equipment has made. The bass and dynamic range is transformed and clearly this is a worthwhile and long overdue upgrade.In addition, the help, advise and support given by the Russ Andrews team was outstanding. I would recommend buying from them without hesitation and look forward to my next purchase - a mains purifier.

"Fabulous Cable"
This review is actually concerning a 2012 Reference SuperKord, which I sent back to Russ Andrews to have the latest rhodium mains plug, a Superfuse, and Super Burn-in plus added. I was using the original cable with an Oppo I05 EU player and was very happy with it. The cable was returned to me in under 4 days and I am blown away by the improvement. I played Steely Dan's "Gaucho" SACD this evening and I have never heard it sound so good. I considered having the Reference SuperKord upgraded for some time and I am so glad that I decided to have the work carried out. Just amazing.
