This model of the The Supplier is designed specifically for the following component;

  • Mytek Brooklyn DAC

    The award winning Brooklyn DAC has been making waves for some time for its out of the box performance, but power is everything and using the DACs own internal psu can be a big weakness, potentially losing a lot of performance. A number of online users and Mytek themselves recommending a high performance external power supply, optimized at 13.2v. So on a customers request (see review) we developed a version of our popular Supplier psu specifically for the Brooklyn.

    Upgrade your existing PSU to The Supplier for an audiophile-quality power supply, tailored specifically to your equipment. The Supplier DC™ utilises an extremely high-performance, upgraded switched mode power supply, Kimber Kable™ internal wiring and Silencer™ mains filtration.

    Customer Review with the Mytek Brooklyn DAC

    "Excellent Improvement".

    "I would essentially like to repeat what other reviewers have said about similar supplies. That is, a distinct drop in the noise floor - allowing nuances to emerge that had once been hidden.

    The Brooklyn is an extremely good DAC in its own right but the DC supply helps it reach higher levels. Everything has a extremely satisfying sense of 'rightness' about it it. Bass. Midrange and treble seem to be balanced nicely and the perception of space or acoustic - if the recording has it - is much more apparent because of said improvement in noise floor.

    I have many a recording on CD which for whatever reason sounded terribly hard (Okay vinylistas - I know what you're going to say here, lets just put that to one side for now) but the addition of the Supplier made it listenable again, and brought out the subtleties that made it enjoyable. Isn't that the point? Recommended."
