    Yes, I recommend this product.
    "Recommended"
    I bought a set of XLR shorties for use on a high-end balanced amplifier. I was sceptical that they would have any benefit at all, but it turns out that they reduced a slight sense of "edginess" in the sound that I only noticed after plugging in the shorties. I have heard more dramatic results with shorties on lower-end amplifiers, but if you want to squeeze out every ounce of performance, I think shorties are one of the best value-for-money accessories around.
